1. Exchange and Buyback Policy

At Apah, we are committed to ensuring long-term support for our customers. We offer a Lifetime Exchange Program and a Buyback Offer to help customers upgrade their water purifiers in case of damage beyond repair, provided the product is free from third-party parts or tampering.

      1.1 Lifetime Exchange Policy

Customers are eligible for a 28% exchange discount on the purchase of a new Apah water purifier if their existing product is damaged beyond repair.

• This exchange offer is valid for the lifetime of the product.
• The existing purifier must not contain parts from other brands or unauthorized modifications.
• The customer must provide the original purchase invoice for verification.

      1.2 Buyback Offer

• If the customer chooses not to exchange, they can opt for a 15% buyback of the product’s original value.
• The buyback value will be credited to the customer’s account after inspection and verification of the product.
• The buyback offer is only valid if the product is free from third-party parts or modifications.

     1.3 Conditions for Exchange and Buyback

• The product must be returned to an authorized service center or dealer.
• Customers must ensure that the product is not tampered with or altered using non-genuine parts.
• The offer is applicable only to original owners of the product with valid proof of purchase.

2. Refund and Return Policy

At Apah, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 15-day refund policy under the following terms and conditions:

     2.1 Eligibility for Refund

• Customers can request a refund within 15 days from the date of product delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
• The product will be inspected by our team upon return. Refunds will only be processed if the product is found to be undamaged and unused.

     2.2 Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If the product is found to be damaged, used, or altered in any way.
• If the request is made after the 15-day refund period.
• For products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

     2.3 Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Warranty Policy

At Apah , we stand by the quality of our water purifiers. Our warranty policy ensures peace of mind for our customers. The following terms apply:

     3.1 Warranty Coverage

• Electrical Parts: Covered under a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Filter Parts (Cartridges, Membranes, etc.): Covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

     3.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Filters, membranes, and consumables beyond the initial 1-year period.
• Damages caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
• Damage resulting from natural calamities, voltage fluctuations, or accidental damage.
• Consumables like pre-filters, sediment filters, carbon filters, and UV lamps beyond their usage life.

     3.3 Claiming Warranty

To claim warranty services, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or warranty card).

The warranty is only applicable for products purchased from authorized dealers and installed by Apah certified technicians.

     3.4 Warranty Limitations

• The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but does not include regular maintenance or filter replacement services.
• Replacement of filters, membranes, and consumables after the warranty period will be chargeable.

4. Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the purchase, use, and maintenance of our water purifiers. By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

     4.1 Product Purchase and Warranty

• Warranty: Apah provides a standard warranty of 3 months to 2 years on its water purifiers, covering manufacturing defects and faulty parts. The warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers.
• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or modification.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, power fluctuations, or accidents.
  • Use of non-genuine parts or accessories.

     4.2 Installation and Service

• Installation: Free installation is provided for customers within serviceable areas. Customers must ensure that the site meets the installation requirements specified by [Brand Name].
• Service and Maintenance: Regular servicing is essential for optimal performance. Customers can subscribe to an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for periodic maintenance and servicing.

     4.3 Usage Guidelines

• Water Quality: The performance of the water purifier is subject to the input water quality. Apah is not responsible for the performance if the input water quality is outside the specified limits.
• Replacement of Filters and Consumables: Filters, membranes, and other consumables need to be replaced periodically. The cost of replacement parts is not covered under the warranty.

     4.4 Limitation of Liability

Apah is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as per the warranty policy.

     4.5 Cancellation and Return Policy

• Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
• Return and Refund: Products can be returned only if they are found to be defective upon installation. Returns must be initiated within [X] days of installation, accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
